Delivery
Orders received are normally despatched within two working days. Working days are Monday - Friday only. Working days will also exclude public holidays.
UK deliveries are despatched by Royal Mail. Delivery time is normally 2-3 business days. Overseas deliveries are by airmail. Delivery to Western Europe is normally within 3 to 5 working days, Eastern Europe 5 to 10 working days, and delivery to the rest of the world, 10 to 14 working days. Please note, public holidays will attract longer lead times.
If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit, contact us by email at sales@varsitybell.com. We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We'd ask that you only contact us if you have not received your order after 21 working days.
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information. If these charges are unpaid, your order may be returned to us and we will be unable to refund shipping costs. There may also be costs associated with the return to us, which will be deducted from any refund value. In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if duties and taxes are not paid. In this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.
We are not currently able to ship orders to Ukraine, Russia, Netherlands Antilles, Ecuador, Malta, Terceira Island and Aland Islands. We are also not able to ship orders to PO Box addresses.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that our goods delivered are to your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it to us provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds for correctly delivered and undamaged items are available within 30 days of the goods' receipt.
We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 45 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.
We recommend the use of a recorded-delivery service, for your own protection, since we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that arrive damaged, or are lost in transit without proof of our receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been altered or used.

Only polish gently with a clean cloth. We due not recommend the use of any abrasive products as these may damage and remove the lacquer. Over time, the bell will develop a lovely natural patina.
